Foreclosure Auction Loans
Buying a house at a Foreclosure
Auction can be a great way to get a real steal. But many real
estate investors avoid this technique for one reason --
they don't have the funds available to make the purchase
at the courthouse. Depending on the county and the
trustee, the real estate investor buyer must pay anwhere from
10% to 100% of the purchase with a cashier's check on the very
day their auction bid is accepted.
REI Funding can
provide the funds that are needed for this kind of
purchase.
Funding for these types of deals typically fall under
our Extended Transactional
Funding program. Please contact
us at least 10 business days prior to the foreclosure sale
date so that we can learn more about the property and do
proper due diligence.
NOTE: We are currently only
providing Foreclosure Auction Loans in the
metropolitan St. Louis area, on the Missouri side
only.
